Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. USPS Ground shipping is available as well as express shipping for an additional fee (calculated upon checkout).

International Orders

We do not currently accept international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order. Business days include Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders submitted Monday through Friday after 5pm CST will be considered next business day orders. Orders submitted on Friday after 5pm CST will be processed on the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

More To Beauty is not responsible for any packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be issued if any parts of the shipping address are incomplete or incorrect. If a package is returned to More To Beauty due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for costs of redelivery.

Order Edits/Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Lost or Stolen Items
All claims related to lost or stolen items must be reported within 10 business days following the delivery date as reported by the carrier. After this time frame, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost or stolen items. Please note that business days include Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and exclude holidays and weekends.

Please note that packages are only considered lost if the carrier does not mark it as delivered. Once
marked as delivered, we will not be responsible for the package if the customer has opted out of the package protection option. If the protection option was selected, you will be able to file a claim (within 10 business days) for stolen or lost packages.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery and please submit an inquiry here with photos of damages and necessary information to support your claim. We will be happy to assist! You may also email issues with damaged or missing items at official.moretobeauty@gmail.com.
