Once an order has been submitted, no edits, modifications, or cancellations can be made.

Ouçaire is not responsible for any packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. No refunds or store credits will be issued if any parts of the shipping address are incomplete or incorrect.

If a package is returned to Ouçaire due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery.

All claims related to lost or stolen items must be reported within 10 (ten) business days following the delivery date as reported by the carrier. After this time frame, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost or stolen items. Please note that business days include Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that packages are only considered lost if the carrier does not mark as delivered. Once marked as delivered, we will not be responsible for the package if the customer has opted out of the package protection option. If the package protection option was selected, the customer will be able to file a claim within 10 business days for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your financial institution as there is often a processing period before credits are posted to your account. We only offer to replace or exchange items that are incorrect or damaged. In the case of a replacement, a refund will not be granted. All product replacements and exchanged are shipped at no cost to you. There is no need to return any damaged or incorrect items in your possession. Please allow 3-10 business days for any replacement or exchange items to be delivered.
